1. Fish wrap #9: A Danish newspaper published cartoons that depicted the Islamic prophet Muhammad with a bomb in a turban on his head. This has sparked violent protests from thousands of Islamic people in many predominantly Muslim countries, and has even lead to Danish people being warned not to travel in certain areas. Many newspapers around the world have reprinted the cartoons to demonstrate their belief in freedom of the press and speech. What is your opinion on this and how does it fit in with our studies of chapter 2?
